Who we are

Geri is a political communications and community engagement strategy expert with 20 years global experience across the built environment, transport infrastructure, education, and local government sectors.  Geri’s strengths lie at developing and implementing high level fully integrated communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Steve has a background in the property industry that spans approximately 30 years, and he has operated across Sussex for most of this time. He is is an accomplished Senior Manager with a proven track record of building & leading successful teams. He has excellent communication and relationship building skills as well as being expert in negotiation & diplomacy. Steve also has recent experience of being an elected member of a District Council, including being the Cabinet Member for Regeneration & Strategic Planning, giving him a unique insight into how Local Authorities operate and specific experience of working with the Planning Team and handling several large regeneration projects.

Elyssa has a Bachelors of Law with Politics from University of Sussex. Elyssa started at Silverstone Communications on an internship placement from University of Sussex and has now become a permanent member of the team after graduating.

Dani comes from an extensive administration background, having over 15 years experience in the property industry. Being a mother of two young children has meant that her organisational and multitasking skills are top priority. Dani is our Head of Office and will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business and administration duties.

Alfred holds a Master’s in political theory from London School of Economics and Political Science and has BA Hons in Human, Social and Political Science: Politics and Social Anthropology from Kings College Cambridge. During 2022 Alfred was a research Intern for Labour on their Long-Term Future Project, undertaking research to inform and improve the parties’ vision for the long term future.

Terry is the former Chief Executive of Traverse (2018-2021) the consultation and engagement consultancy. He also spent seven years working for Huntingdonshire District Council including a spell as their Managing Director. Terry has worked with Silverstone Communications from the start. His offering of senior strategic advice and leadership has been invaluable.

Eve is a junior member of the team. She assists the team with a range of administrative and monitoring duties. Outside of work she is an active campaigner for the Labour Party at both a local and Parliamentary level.

Jess is by far the cutest member of the team. She is popular with both clients and staff. Her listening skills are excellent and is very nimble at finding food.
